| 摘 要： | 综合评价是一项比较复杂的多目标决策,许多指标具有模糊性与不确定性.运用层次分析法(AHP)的思想与集对分析(SPA)方法,建立了一种基于同异反AHP的综合评价模型,为综合评价提出了一种新思路,并在此基础上给出了相应的实例.实例表明,该方法不仅评价合理,而且行之有效. |

| Abstract: | The comprehensive evaluation is a multi-objective complex process,because of its being fuzzy and uncertain.This paper applies AHP(the analytic hierarchy process) ideas and SPA(the set pair analysis) methods to set up a new comprehensive evaluation model based on identical discrepancy contrary in AHP.It is a new idea to the comprehensive evaluation,and an example is given.It proves that this method not only gets the reasonable result,but also is an effective method in practice. |
