港深78井钻井液技术

摘    要:
详细讨论了大港油田浅海的重点预探井——港深 78井的钻井液技术。为了勘探大港油田浅海油气储藏情况 ,港深 78井完钻井深 446 0 m.为抑制地层造浆、井壁易坍塌等问题 ,上部地层采用了海水聚合物钻井液体系 ,下部地层选用了 KCl海水聚合物钻井液体系 .现场应用表明 :KCl海水聚合物钻井液体系抑制能力和防塌能力强 ,同时具有较强的抗温性、润滑性 ,满足了港深 78井钻井施工的要求 ,在 442 0 m试油 ,获日产 5 4 2 .5 8m3原油和 9.0 5× 1 0 4 m3天然气

Abstract:
Gangshen 78 well is an important wildcat well in shallow sea area of Dagang Oil Field. A special drilling fluid is developed for it in order to suit its formation and to prevent wall sloughing. Sea water polymer drilling fluid system is used in drilling upper formation, and KCl sea water polymer drilling fluid system is used in drilling down formation. It is shown that KCl sea water polymer drilling fluid system can meet the needs of preventing wall sloughing, and it has also good inhibitive property, suitability to temperature and lubricity. When it is drilled to 4420m, the well obtains the crude of 542.58m 3/d and the gas of 9.05×10 4m 3/d.
