显微拉曼谱仪中升温槽外体冷却装置的一种设计和制作

摘    要:利用循环水流制冷的原理 ,自行设计和制作了一套用于显微拉曼谱仪升温槽外体的冷却实验装置 .并与英国 Renishaw公司生产的 RM— 1 0 0 0型共焦显微拉曼光谱仪结合使用 ,在高温下测量了碳纳米管样品的变温拉曼光谱和多孔硅样品在不同温度下的光致发光光谱 .结果表明 :这套装置对升温槽具有很好的冷却效果

Abstract:An experimental apparatus was designed and manufactured for cooling of the outside surface of high temperature trough in confocal Raman spectroscopy meter, which is based on the principle of cooling of flowing water. Then combining with RM-1000 confocal Raman spectroscopy meter made by Renishaw company in UK, we investigated Raman spectra of carbon nanometer tube in different temperature and photo-induced luminescence spectra of porous silicon with the increase of temperature. The results show that this apparatus has good cooling effects.
