| 摘 要： | Ｍｅｈｔａ等多（１９８５）指出了建立在计数统计基础上的多匹配病全－对照研究中优化的精确检验的重要性。这里提出了两种新的基于估计和似然比的精确检验法，对这三种精确检验法进行了比较，并把它们与渐近检验作了比较，说明了在样本设计的双国检验中基于似然比的精确检验具有优越性。

| Abstract: | An exact test of significance for the odds ratio in multiply-matched case-control design which is based on the score statistic has been introduced by Mehta, et al. (1985). We propose two new exact tests based on the estimation and likelihood ratio. These three exact tests are evaluated and compared to the asymptotic tests. The comparison study supports the superiority of the likelihood ratio-based exact test for two-sided tests in small sample design. |
