| 摘 要： | 现实生活中,民愤对司法产生了重大影响.一方面,它可以监督司法活动,提升司法公信力;另一方面,它又干扰了司法机关独立性,影响司法公正.应当客观全面认识民愤对司法公正的影响,将民愤纳入法治渠道,正确分析和鉴别民愤,在法律允许的范围内,合理考虑民愤影响,提高司法机关独立性,保证司法公正.
