蔗渣膨化法制浆抄造高强瓦楞纸的研究

摘    要:
对蔗渣膨化法制高得率浆进行了研究.试验结果表明,最佳膨化工艺为:预浸药液浓度1mol/L,预浸时间4h,膨化压力1.6MPa,保温时间10min.膨化处理使纤维在胞间层分离,不仅破坏了纤维的原有结构,而且改变了蔗渣的化学组成.膨化法制浆耗用化学药品少,污染负荷比化学法制浆低.利用蔗渣膨化浆抄造的瓦楞纸,其物理强度符合高强瓦楞纸的要求

Abstract:
Explosion pulping of bagasse producing high yield pulps was investigated. Results obtained show that the optimal conditions are 1 mol/L alkaline (NaOH) Concentration,6 h soaking time,1.6 MPa explosion pressure and 5 min keeping time.Explosion can separate the fibbers in lamella,it not only destroyed the original structure, but also changed the component of bagasse.The explosion pulping use less chemical agent and its pollution load was lower than the chemical pulping.In the meantime, the properties of corrugate paper making by the explosion pulps are come up to the strong corrugate paper.
