钻地武器爆炸破坏作用中弹壳的影响

摘    要:利用LS-DYNA有限元软件三维数值模拟了不同弹壳厚度下相同装药量的柱状装药在岩体洞库上方的爆炸破坏效应.数值模拟结果表明,有弹壳时,随着弹壳厚度的增加,爆炸破坏作用相应减小,但薄弹壳与无弹壳相比能够增强爆炸破坏作用.原因是,在弹壳较薄时,爆轰集聚效应能够增强爆炸破坏作用,但在弹壳达到一定厚度后,爆破弹壳的能量大幅增加,抵消了爆轰集聚效应并进而减弱爆炸破坏作用.由于钻地武器弹壳一般较厚,因此在其毁伤效应研究中,不应忽视弹壳对爆炸破坏作用的影响.

Abstract:Explosion damag e effect iveness of column char ges on undergro und chamber w as simulated w ith 3D-numerical f inite-element metho d by using LS-DYNA, w hich v aried in the thickness o f casing of the same mass. T he outcome of numerical simulat ion show s that explosio n damage ef fectiveness decreases w ith the increase o f casing thickness w hen charg es have casing . But sheet casing can enhance ex plosion damag e effect iveness compared with non-casing . T he reason may be that deto nat ion g athering ef fect is dominant if casing o f charge is sheet . T he deto nat ion gathering ef fect can enhance ex plosion damage effect iv eness. When casing thickness increases, the casing br eaking energ y will also increase. If casing exceeds a certain thickness, the casing br eaking energ y w ill counteract the detonat ion g athering effect and reduce ex plosion damag e effect iveness. Because the casing o f earth penetr ato r weapo n is thick generally , the inf luence of casing on ex plo sion damage ef fect iv eness can' t be ignored in the study on the damage effect iv eness of earth penetr ator w eapons.
