摘    要:在考虑类型Ⅱ故障相关的基础上,为降低两部件系统的维修成本,该文研究了年龄预防性维修与机会维修相结合的维修策略。通过更新过程理论建立期望维修成本率解析模型,并以系统期望成本率最低为优化目标,确定最优机会维修策略。将该维修策略应用到某石化企业循环氢压缩机的维修中,验证了该策略的可行性,并确定了影响维修成本的敏感因素。研究表明:在故障相关的两部件系统中,当系统满足一定条件时,采取年龄预防性维修与机会维修相结合的维修策略能够较明显地降低系统维修成本,对企业设备维修有实际指导意义。

Abstract:An opportunistic age-based maintenance model is used to reduce maintenance costs for two-unit systems with type Ⅱ failures.An expression was derived for the long-term expected cost using renewal theory based arguments.The optimal opportunistic maintenance policy was then determined to minimize the expected cost.The model was applied to the maintenance of a recycled hydrogen compressor of a chemical factory to validate the model feasibility.A sensitivity analysis was used to identify the model’s sensitivity factors.This research indicates that for mild conditions,the opportunistic age-based maintenance policy can significantly reduce the total maintenance costs for the two-unit series system.This research gives helpful insight into equipment maintenance decision making in the real world.
