进气道调节系统数字式控制器的设计与实现

摘    要:某飞机进气道调节系统数字式控制器与进气道斜板位置传感器配套使用,形成斜板控制指令。由执行机构驱动斜板运动,改变进气道喉道面积,使进气道出口空气流量和流场满足发动机工作需求。通过数字仿真,对该斜板调节规律进行研究。分析了数字式控制器控制交联接口关系,提出数字式控制器的实现方案。论述了数字式控制器的软件设计。用地面试验和飞行试验对数字式控制器进行验证,结果证明该数字式控制器有效、准确、可靠。

Abstract:Based on signals form ramp position transducer, digital controller for aircraft inlet adjustment system generates and sends ramp control order to the actuator which drives the ramp into motion so as to change the area of inlet throat to make the inlet outlet air flow and flow field as required by running engines. By researching ramp control law with digital simulation, the interfaces between the digital controller and other equipments are analysed and software realization of the controller is described. The results from both ground and flight tests on the controller show that it is effective, accurate and reliable.
