| 摘 要： | ARP是技术、是方法，更是一种新的重要管理思想。本文应用知识管理的相关理论，结合中国科学院兰州分院信息化建设的工作实际，就ARP理念的塑造、人才的培养建设以及实践效益三方面进行了阐述并对ARP在促进管理理念更新、优化管理环境方面的进一步发展与应用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Academia Resource Planning （ARP） is a technique. It is also a means. What＇s more important, it is a reflection of advanced management concept. Based on the informationization work in Lanzhou Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences （CAS） and using theories in knowledge management, this paper expounds on the idea shaping for application of APR in daily work, nurturing of technical personnel, and practical benefit brought by the application of ARP. In addition, the role played by ARP in keeping up with new management concepts and optimizing management environment is also discussed. |
