摘    要:针对中国科学院绩效考核管理实际情况,本文提出了一种绩效考核信息化系统的设计方案。该系统首先根据组织战略目标构建绩效考核指标体系,然后借用信息化手段将此体系固化到信息系统中,并利用联机分析处理和数据挖掘技术为管理者提供有效的决策信息。实际应用结果表明该系统显著提升了绩效考核管理的效率。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel information system design of performaneeassessment, based on the practical situation of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Firstly, hierarchies of performance assessment indexes are structured according to organization's strategic intent. Then, the proposed hierarchies are integrated into an information system with informatization measures. Meanwhile, effective decision information is delivered to managers by on-line analysis and processing and data mining technology. Practical application results demonstrate that our system dramatically increase the efficiency of performance assessment management.
