微细喷雾时喷雾气流中液滴和空气速度比的研究

摘    要:在喷雾冷却时喷雾流中液滴和空气流的速度比是支配喷雾冷却特性的一个重要参数。在简单而在普适性的物理模型的基础上,通过数值计算方法探讨了液滴-空气速度比和喷雾条件之间的相互关系,给出了微细喷雾条件下液滴-空气速度比的大致范围腹出冲击速率比可近似等于1的结论。

Abstract:A theoretical study has been conducted on the velocity ratios of small water droplets to air flow, especially the impinging velocity ratios on the hot surface in air-ato-mized mist cooling. The air flow pattern of mist cooling is assumed as a conical potential flow or parallel flow. The droplet-air velocity ratios are calculated within the ranges of mist jet conditions. The results show that the velocity ratios are mainly influenced by the droplet diameters and the air impinging velocities, and it approaches to unity under actual mist cooling conditions.
