摘    要:通过中国铝业山西分公司的4^#离心压缩机故障判断、检修实例,说明了离心压缩机的密封间隙动力失稳与油膜振荡故障的诊断识别方法的区别,同时证明了两者又存在互相关联和促进的关系。

Abstract:Through the real examples of the faults diagnosis and maintenances of the No.4 centrifugal compressor of Chinese Aluminum Manufacturer Shanxi Branch, this paper provides the distinctions of the methods for diagnosing and Identifying the dynamic destabilization of the seal-gap and the oil-film vibration of the centrifugal compressor, and identifies that the two sides are connected with each other and promoted each other.
