| 摘 要： | 本文对蔡元培先生生平作了简要介绍了,对其教育方针作了详细论述,就其改革北大的思想“兼容并包主义”作了深入探讨,对其“崇尚自然,发展个性”的教育思想作了重要概述,通过对蔡元培教育思想的分析,对我国当前的高校改革,对当前的创新教育的提倡都有着重要的指导意义。
