造纸工业科研动态浅谈

摘    要:文章从纤维原料开源节流、环境污染防治和能源节约三个方面,回顾近年来国际制浆造纸工业的科研动态,结合我国实际情况,提出开展我国造纸工业科研的建议。作者认为,添加剂蒸煮法、化学机械法制浆、废纸回用等应提到科研和生产的议事日程。环境保护重点措施应致力于“厂内处理”,同时,又要为中小型企业废液处理寻找妥善途径。在节能方面,既要在摸清企业总能耗的基本情况的基础上,制定全面节能方案,更要着力研究提高纸机压榨部的压榨效率。


Research and Development in Pulp and Papermaking——As I See It
Abstract:Aside from cost reduction and quality improvement,scarcity of fibrous raw material supply, environmental protection, and energy conservation appear to be Key oriving forces for developments in pulp and papermaking. Recent R & D activities in western countries are presented. Suggestions for R & D in China are being put forth:(a) More work should be done on additive application in pulping processes. Investigations of CMP technology, with SCMP in particular,should be carried out. More attention should be given to waste paper utilization. (b) In-plant measures are strongly stressed for environmental purposes. Merging of small-sized pulp mills into larger enterprises are encouraged,with the aim to adopt chemical recovery technology economically. R & D for non-woody fiber waste pulping liquor should be speeded up. For district-owned small-sized mills, methane gas generation direct from waste pulping liquor is recommended as a contemporary measure against pollution. Considerations should be given to the revival of delignification through bio-technique for combating pollution in small-zized pulp mills. (c) Overall heat balance within pulp and paper mills should be conducted as a fundamental step toward energy conservation. Waste heat utilization measures should be studied.Upgrading press part efficiency on paper machines should be attended to in order to reducesteam consumption required for paper drying.
