| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理指导和术中护理在宫腔镜手术中的作用．方法：选取230例宫腔镜下（TURP）手术病人，随机分为实施心理护理组和对照组，心理护理组采取给予患者人文关怀、舒展紧张情绪的心理护理模式，对照组则按传统的常规护理．结果：经实施心理护理的病人，心理负担减轻，精神放松，焦虑和恐惧程度下降．同时增强了对疼痛的耐受性，积极主动的配合麻醉和手术．结论：将心理护理措施运用到术中配合与护理中，病人从肆弹、心理上获得了满足感和安全感．以良好的心态接受手术．为手术顺利进行创造了良好的条件．

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the role of psychological instruction and nursing coordination during surgery through uteroscope.Methods:230 patients were randomly divided into experiment and control group. The patients in the former were given deep concerns while patients in the latter received traditional routine nursing. Results: Patients in experiment group were relieved from mental burden and anxiety and increased endurance capacity for pain. Conclusion: Applying psychological nursing during operation through uteroscope makes surgery undergo smoothly. |
