气力输送的数值模拟研究

摘    要:对气相湍动能采用修正的κ-ε二方程模型,颗粒相湍动动能采用颗粒动力学方法,发展建立了气力输送的数学物理模型和计算方法,就垂直管中圆柱坐标系下二维悬浮稀相和密相动压气力输送过程进行了初步数值研究,所得结果(包括管压降、气固速度分布、一定输送量下最佳经济速度等)与文献实验结果吻合,为进一步用该法研究气力输送打下了基础.

Abstract:It has been shown that modified k-ε model can be used to describe the turbulent kinetic energy of gas phase; kinetic fluctuation transport equation of granular flow can be used for that of particle phase, and a physical model and numerical simulation of pneumatic conveying have been established. Both dilute and dense conveying processes in vertical pipe has been predicted by using developed model. The mean gas velocity distribution, particle velocity distribution as well as pressure drop have been studied in different loading ratio of particles to gas. The results of the numerical simulation coincide with available experimental data to indicate that the flow patterns for both phases and pressure drop obtained in the present work are satisfied.
