基于效率和时空资源的交通网络可靠性评价分析

摘    要:为准确评估交通网络运行质量和设置合理性,本文以北京永乐店镇路网为例,从路段视角出发将网络效率、时间资源和空间资源作为三个评价维度,选取速度偏差率、高延时运行时间比和常发拥堵路段里程比作为评价指标,采用实地调查和Vissim软件仿真相结合的方法得到路网交通流运行数据,结合地理信息系统将路网可靠性和道路属性进行匹配,能够准确表达交通网络不同路段可靠性的空间分布特征。通过计算改进值、传统值和标准值间的欧氏距离、线性拟合及SSE证明了该方法准确有效。结果表明:本方法对于高等级道路和中长路段的SSE可以分别下降46.5%和56.5%;路网可靠性与速度偏差率、高延时运行时间以及常发拥堵路段里程的相关系数分别为0.771、0.886、0.829,速度偏差率和路网长度之间相关系数最高可达0.83,计算结果和实地调查数据吻合。研究表明:基于效率和时空资源分析整个交通网络可靠性,可以用于评价交通网络的运行质量及路网设置的合理性,该方法对简化可靠性评价流程、提高评价准确度具有实际意义。

Abstract:Accurately evaluate the operation quality of the transportation network and the rationality of the setting is our purpose, here takes the road network of Yongledian Town in Beijing as an example. From the perspective of road sections, the network efficiency, time resources and space resources are taken as three evaluation dimensions, and the speed deviation rate is selected as high Delayed operation time ratio and frequently congested road mileage ratio are used as evaluation indicators. The method of combining field investigation and Vissim software simulation is used to obtain road network traffic flow operation data, and the road network reliability and road attributes can be matched with the geographic information system. After the minimum error square sum SSE test, the results show that the SSE of high-grade roads and medium and long sections can be reduced by 46.5% and 56.5% respectively, that is, the evaluation results are closer to the real road conditions; road network reliability and speed deviation rate, high delay operation The correlation coefficients of time and mileage of frequently congested road sections are 0.771, 0.886, 0.829, respectively, and the correlation coefficient between speed deviation rate and road network length can reach up to 0.826. The calculation results are basically consistent with the field research data. The study shows that the reliability of the entire transportation network based on efficiency and time-space resources analysis can be used to evaluate the operation quality of the transportation network and therationality of the road network setting. This method has practical significance for simplifying the redundant evaluation process and improving the accuracy of the evaluation.
