长坑均热炉内流场的研究——物理与数学模拟

摘    要:以数学和物理模型的方法对长坑均热炉内的流动场进行了研究。根据中国的实际生产条件,提出了提升烟道口的改进方案。模拟实验表明:新方案可以提高炉膛下部的压力,使炉长方向压力分布趋于均匀。并有可能改善炉内的热交换条件,实现钢锭的均匀加热。

Abstract:Studies the flow field in one-way-fired pit by way of physical/mathematical modelling. To conform with the actual conditions in China's steel production, a concept of design is put forward to improve the pit by raising the opening of flue.Modelling experiments indicate that the new concept is able to enhance the bottom pressure in hearth so as to make the longitudinal pressure distribution more uniform. The conditions of heat exchange in pit will therefore possibly be improved and beneficial to heating uniformly steel ingots.
