| 摘 要： | 在对工程量清单报价下现行评标模式进行分析的基础上，对评标程序、评价指标体系和综合评价方法三方面进行了改造，从而设计出一个既能保证中标低价的合理性，又有利于促使投标企业低价竞标的评标新模式． |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of current bidding evaluation mode and making much reforming in bidding evaluation procedure, bidding evaluation index system and synthesis evaluation method, this paper constructed a new mode, which can not only assure the bidding low price rationality, but aIso encourage the contractor to bidding low price competition. The study of this paper may have great benefit to the practice of rational low price bidding mode with bill of quantities. |
