基于PLC的船舶燃油锅炉仿真系统设计与实现

摘    要:
为解决航海培训中船用燃油锅炉模拟操作的问题,利用自动化领域广泛使用并得到各国船级社认可的S7-300可编程序控制器,使用STEP7 V5.3编程软件,开发了基于PLC的船舶燃油锅炉仿真系统,实现了船舶燃油锅炉各种控制功能的仿真.硬件的设计和软件的开发能有效地代替真实锅炉进行操作培训.

Abstract:
To solve the training problem of marine oil boiler in navigation education,using program software STEP V5.3 and S7-300 PLC which has been approved by Classification Society in many countries and has been applied widely in automation field,the marine oil boiler simulation system was developed,which realized all kinds of function simulation of marine oil boiler.The design of hardware and software development can effectively replace operating training of real boiler.
