摘    要:家族企业是家族与企业的结合体,家族的管理特点会深刻影响到家族企业的管理.家族及家族企业的管理特点,深受中国儒家传统文化的影响与制约,其中最关键的问题是如何看待"人".市场经济社会要求将人视为"独立、自主、平等"的个体.家族企业提高管理境界的关键也正在于需要将社会与企业中的"人"视为"独立、自主、平等"的个体.

Abstract:Family firm is a combo of family and firm, so administrant characteristics of family deeply affect administration of family firm. Administrant characteristics of family and family firm are influenced and restricted by Confucian traditional culture, however pivotal issue is how to look on "people". People should be considered as a unit of "independence, freedom, equality" in societies of market economy. In administrant process of family firm, manager should consider people in both society and firm as unit of "independence, freedom, equality", it's pivotal to advance administration level for a family firm.
