雷达目标极化散射矩阵测量技术

摘    要:由于雷达目标极化特征和极化识别的诱人前景,80年代中后期有关极化的精确测量技术成了国际学术界的热门话题。极化测量的主要困难在于:测量系统的极化纯度有限,由极化耦合引起的测量误差太大。本文介绍了一种目标极化散射矩阵精确测量技术与测量系统。通过采用全极化校准技术将测量系统的极化纯度提高两个量级以上,并在实验室内建立了实用的目标极化散射矩阵精确测量系统。

Abstract:Because of the importance of polarization signatures and target identification, it becomes more and more interesting for experts to measure polarimetric scattering matrix (PSM)accurately after the middle of 1980s. The main difficulty of polarimetry is that as the polarizationpurity of the measurement system is limited, the measurement error caused by polarization couplingis too large to accept. A PSM accurate measurement technique and measurement system is described in this paper. By full Polarization calibration, the polarization purity of the measurement System will increase more than 20dB. An practical accurate measurement system of PSM has been established in the scattering laboratory.
