摘    要:本文采用有限元法和有限差分法的混合解法,对非牛顿流体非等温流动的数学模型,编制了塑料熔体在三维薄壁型腔内流动的模拟程序,并将程序的预测值和实验测量结果进行了比较.

Abstract:A hybrid FEM and FDM approach has been used to tackle the injection-molding flow simulation in 3-D thin cavities described with a mathematical model of non-Newtonian fluid and non-isothermal flow. The planar coordinates are described in terms of finite element and the gapwise and time derivatives are expressed in terms of finite difference.An experimental injection mold has been made in order to check the accuracy of the program.The experimental results have been compared with the predicted ones and it has been found that there is good agreement between pressure traces and melt-front advancement.
