摘    要:采用梁单元模型对井眼轨迹控制工具主轴进行简化,基于动态有限元显示积分算法,分析了主轴转速、偏移量及钻压对主轴力学行为的影响。结果表明:主轴转速及钻压对主轴力学行为影响较小;随着偏移量的增加,偏心环作用力、下支撑轴承作用力、钻头侧向力逐渐增加。并通过室内试验,验证了主轴力学行为仿真分析的正确性。

Abstract:The spindle in wellbore track control tool had been simplified by using the beam element model and the mechanical behavior of it had been analyzed under the dynamic load based on the dynamic FEM and explicit integral. The rotation speed, offset and the bit pressure had been analyzed which influenced the mechanical behavior of the spindle. The simulations reveal that the rotation speed and the bit pressure had small effects to the mechanical behavior of the spindle and the eccentric ring force, the bearing force and the side force on the bit increased gradually with the increase of the offset. The correctness of the mechanical behavior simulation had been verified by laboratory tests.
