摘    要:分别采用微型化学实验和常规化学实验提取公丁香中的挥发油.实验结果表明,本微型化学实验中药材公丁香的用量是常规化学实验的1/20—1/30,在蒸馏时间上也缩短了1h,同时通过红外光谱图可知微型化学实验所得的挥发油同其常规化学实验所得挥发油的化学成分吻合.

Abstract:Volatile oil of floscaryophylli was extracted with microscale and conventional chemical experiment respectively. Results show that chemical substances of microscale experiment Iloscaryophylli are 1/20--1/30 of that of the conventional experiment and the time of steam distillation is contracted about 1h. The chemical elements of volatile oil got by microseale experiment are equal to that of by conventional experiment by Infrared spectra.
