摘    要:利用微乳技术制备了粒径可控并担载于y-Al2O3载体上的Cu/Al2O3催化剂.以甲醇水蒸气重整反应为探针,考查了催化剂粒径与催化性能之间的关系,并对催化剂进行了透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)表征.结果表明:微乳技术可较好地控制催化剂的粒径,粒径大小影响催化剂的活性和选择性,即催化剂粒径与催化性能之间存在着一定的尺寸效应.

Abstract:The size-controlled Nano-Cu/A1303 catalysts are prepared by microemulsion techniques. By applying the methanol-steam reforming reaction as a probe,the dependence of the catalytic properties on the sizes of the catalyst is investigated. The catalysts are characterized by TEM and XRD. It is found that the sizes of the nano-particles can be well controlled by the microemulsion techniques,and the catalytic activities and selectivities depend on the nano-particle sizes.
