葛根总黄酮振荡行为的微量量热法研究

摘    要:采用微量量热法对中药活性成分葛根总黄酮振荡体系进行了研究,测定了葛根总黄酮在不同浓度、不同温度下的振荡体系的热功率-时间曲线,得到了它的诱导期、振荡周期,根据动力学理论计算了它的反应级数和表观活化能,并建立了诱导期、振荡周期与浓度和表观活化能之间的非线性关系式.

Abstract:The power-time curves of oscillating system of Pueraria Flavonid were determined at different concentrations and different temperatures by microcalorimetry.From power-time curves,the induction period(tin) and the oscillating period(tp,1,tp,2) were obtained.According to the kinetic theory,the reaction order and the apparent activation energy were calculated.So the non-linear relationships among them were established.
