摘    要:总结和分析了目前企业人力资源部门普遍存在的4个误区,即人力资源部是支持性职能部门、人力资源专家不是业务专家、人力资源部是成本中心、人力资源管理是维持现状,进而提出了人力资源开发的有效途径和具体方式.

Abstract:This paper sums up and analyzes on the four error areas generally existing in enterprise's human resources department at present,which are that the human resources department is only a supporting functional department,the human resources expert is not the professional expert,the human resources department is a cost center,and the management of resources to maintain the status quo.,and further puts forward some effective paths and concrete methods for developing the human resources.
