| 摘 要： | 目的:优选壮药战骨的最佳提取工艺.方法:采用正交实验法,超声波提取战骨药材中的黄酮类化合物,用高效液相色谱法进行测定,以柚皮素的含量作为考查指标,对影响黄酮类化合物提取工艺的因素进行了研究.结果:实验设计的四因素中药材的粉碎度对结果有显著的影响.结论:战骨药材的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇的浓度为30%,药材的粉碎度为粗粉,提取时间为1.5h,溶剂量为50ml.

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the conditions for the extraction of tranditional Zhuang medicine-Premna fulva craib.Method :The conditions for the ultrasonic extraction were studied by the orthogonal experimental design.The content of naringenin present in the extract was tested by HPLC.Result:Among the four factors of test,the most significant effect was the size reduction of the herbs.Conclusion: The optimum conditions for the extraction of premna fulva craib is :which is adding 20 times(50ml)of 30% alcohol to the herbs that the size reduction is rough powder,and extracting for 1.5h by ultrasonic irraeliatin. |
