摘    要:在特殊情况下,电位移矢量 D仅与自由电荷分布有关; H仅与传导电流有关。本文指出在一般情况, D与极化电荷也有关; H与磁化电流也有关。并讨论了 D仅与自由电荷有关, H仅与传导电流有关的条件。

Abstract:In special conditions, electric displacement vector D is in relation to free charges, magnetic field intensity H is in relation to conducting current. The article points out that in general conditions, D is also in connection with polarizing charges and D is also in connection with magnetizing current, and discusses the factors that D is only connection with free charges and H is only connection with conducting current.
