| 摘 要： | 职前教师职业技能培养的效果直接关系到教育质量和办学声誉，也影响到区域基础教育的质量，一直是师范院校和用人单位关注的问题。从根本上解决职前教师职业技能培养难题，就要让职前教师职业技能培养走向区域教师教育体系，通过入学教育、课程见习、课堂教学竞赛观摩、地方基础教育论坛、教师职业技能单项训练、跟师实践活动、教育实习、就业竞聘等环节实施．

| Abstract: | The development of the pre-vocational teaching skills,which shall influence the quality of the regional elementary education,is closely related to the quality of education and the reputation of running a school.The conundrum of the development of the pre-vocational teaching skills can be solved through advancing the development into regional education system,teaching practice,teaching competition,forum of local education,and some other practical methods. |
