玻璃纤维布加固钢筋混凝土偏心受压柱的试验研究

摘    要:通过10根粘贴玻璃纤维布(GFRP)钢筋混凝土偏压柱在单调荷载作用下的试验,比较分析GFRP加固前后偏压柱的承载力、延性及破坏形态.结果表明:外贴GFRP能有效提高大偏压的极限承载力和改善构件的延性;在偏压柱纵向受拉侧粘贴GFRP可以明显提高构件的承载力,承载力随纤维布层数的增加而增加,但承载力的提高程度与纤维布的加固层数并不呈线性增长关系,也不能明显改善柱子的延性;纵横向粘贴GFRP偏压柱不仅能显著提高柱的承载力,还能改善柱的延性;在相同锚固量下,条形箍分条越多、宽度越小、加固间距越小,加固效果越好.根据试验结果的分析,提出GFRP约束钢筋混凝土大偏压柱的实用计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.

Abstract:By means of experimental investigation of ten eccentrically compressed reinforced concrete columns coherent with glassfiber sheets and subjected to monotonic loads,the bearing capacity,ductility,and destruction mode of the columns before and after their consolidation with the glassfiber sheets were compared and analyzed.It was shown by the experimental result that external coherence of GFRP could effectively improve their limit bearing capacity on large eccentric compression and componental ductility.Coherence of GFRP on the tensile side of the column could remarkably improve the componental bearing capacity in proportion to the increment of the numbers of glassfiber layers although there was no linearity between them and no improvement in the ductility of the column either.Coherence in length and breadth,however,could improve not only their bearing capacity remarkably but also their ductility;the effect of improvement would be even better when the numbers of GFRP stripes were largger and the breadth and interval of the stripes were smaller.According to the analysis of experimental result,a practicable evaluation formula was presented for the GFRP-bound reinforced concrete columns sujected to large eccentric compression.
