| Abstract: | This paper gives a detailed analysis of the organizational forms and developmental strategies of REITs in our country with the current status of domestic real estate business and the development of real estate financial business as the macroscopical background. It also proposes the operational pattern of REITs fund in our country, pointing out that our country should now expand the cquity of REITs, with some suggestions about the investment. |
