潜油电泵提高系统效率措施及效果分析

摘    要:本文从系统效率公式推导,分析了影响系统效率的主要因素。说明系统效率高低主要取决于选井选泵的准确性。重点分析了系统效率与油井相关参数的关系,用以指导选井选泵,并提出了一些措施来提高潜油电泵井的系统效率。通过实例说明,合理选择泵排量和有效扬程可以显著提高系统效率,对油田公司提倡的节能降耗意义重大。

Abstract:From the system efficiency formula derivation, the influential factors of system efficiency were considered. It illustrated that system efficiency depended on the accuracy of selecting electrical submersible pump. The relationship of system efficiency and parameters of oil well is analyzed mainly to guide selecting wells and pumps, and some measures are proposed to enhance the system efficiency of ESP. From the example, it indicates that the system efficiency can be raised remarkably by selecting pump discharge and effective head reasonably. It has a great significance to the energy saving and consumption reduction proposed by the oil field company.
