| 摘 要： | 人眼视觉特性的测量及其在图像技术中的应用成为近些年研究的热点。首先探讨了人眼视觉特性的测量，然后理论分析研究其模型，再根据人眼视觉特性研究其在图像编码、压缩处理等技术中的应用，从而为人眼视觉特性在数字图像技术中的应用提供理论基础和技术支持。
