| Abstract: | This paper emphatically expounds that the sci- tech archive is alos the productivity through the transformation and utilization. Making full use of the sci- tech archives is an important channel for increasing the economic benefit. And replenishing and perfecting the sci- tech archives is a fundamental task for increasing the economic benefit and strengthening the competitive power. The sci- tech archives work plays an important role in the course of creating the economic benefit for the enterprises. |
