| 摘 要： | 分工是人类生产劳动的社会化形式，它存在于社会生产的过程中，并随着社会生产的发展而发展。本文通过分析分工的内涵和基本阶段，探讨哲学意义上的分工在法律上的价值，进而提高人们对当前法治社会中的问题和纠纷的认识和评价能力，对于纠纷的解决提供理论依据，为和谐社会的建构提供现实建议。
