| Abstract: | There is a difficulty in inhertance and innovation regarding tradition Chinese gardening and modern landscaping,while new opportunities and challenges are provided by the development.This paper makes a comparative study of traditional enclosed garden and the modern landscaping of open style in terms of ecological perspective and aesthetics.the characteristics of each style are analyzed deeply to meet the goal of better inheritance and innovation. |
