丸粒化土壤对中华羊茅幼苗生理指标的影响

摘    要:以配方的丸粒化土壤为生长基质,分别测定了中华羊茅(Festuca sinensis)幼苗期的可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白质。结果表明,以丸粒化土壤为培养基质的中华羊茅幼苗时期的生理指标有不同程度的提高,其中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质提高幅度较大,可溶性糖含量升高42.9%,淀粉升高14.6%,可溶性蛋白质升高39.9%,综合评价后认为:丸粒化土壤更有利于中华羊茅幼苗的生长。

Abstract:Formulaic soil for seed pelleting was used as a growth matrix to investigate its effects on contents of soluble sugar,starch and soluble protein of seedlings of Chinese festuca.The results showed that the matrix could increase soluble sugar content by 42.9%,starch by 14.6 and soluble protein by 39.9%,respectively.The formulated soil can promote seedling growth of Chinese festuca.
