微晶玻璃的疲劳行为

摘    要:本文系统研究了K2O-MgO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2-F多元系统的可切削微晶玻璃的疲劳行为.研究材料在静载荷、动载荷、循环载荷作用下的疲劳断裂的宏观规律,得到了材料在空气中三种载荷形式下的疲劳指数(应力腐蚀指数)n分别为6954,352和1818.实验结果表明,应力腐蚀指数n的大小强烈依赖于加载方式,并能作为材料抵抗裂纹扩展的某种抗力指标,循环载荷和动载荷对材料造成了附加损伤,致使在相同应力水平下材料寿命明显下降

Abstract:In this paper,the fatigue behavior of K 2O-MgO-Al 2O 3-B 2O 3-SiO 2-F system glass-ceramic was investigated.The fatigue fracture behavior was investigated using static,dynamic and cyclic bending techniques.Stress-corrosim-cracking exponent n was determined by above-mentioned three experiment techniques,which values were 69 54,35 2 and 18 18.Experiment results show that,nvalues depend intersely on the types of loading and can be regarded as certain resistance parameter to describe materials fatigue damage.Cyclic and dynamic loading bring additional damage on materials and make material life-time dacreased remarkably.
