摘    要:人们在处理网络计划的优化问题时,往往忽视了资金的时间价值,而且取得项目最大净现值的技术开发已经大大落后于对资源配置与资源优化的分析.本文建立了动态时间/费用优化的数学模型,提出了改进的激励遗传算法,并且将激励遗传算法应用于模型的求解.最后,通过分析比较,得出动态时间/费用优化的结论才更为可靠与准确的结论.

Abstract:The time value of capital is often ignored when network planning is optimized,and the technique of obtaining the maximum net present value is lagged than the analysis of resource allocation and optimization.In this paper,the dynamic model of time/cost trade-off problem is set up,the improved genetic algorithm(incentive GA) is put up,used to solve time/cost trade-off problem.By analysis and comparison,the conclusion that only dynamic optimization is accurate is drawn.
