The man- agement of practice teaching should clear students of training targe, around target and develope training plans, follow the rules of professional ability training, arrange the teachers and teaching conditions such as laboratory, engineering center , on and off campus practice environment scientifically. At the same time, it should build an efficient and fluid channel in feedback, coordinate and solve the prob- lems arising in the execution of plans.
