摘    要:锻炼迷瘾和心理耗竭是锻炼者在体育锻炼中容易产生的消极心理效应.通过分析体育锻炼与消极心理效应产生原因及对心理健康带来的危害,提出5项应对措施:制定科学、合理的锻炼计划;积极参与形式多样的群体活动;养成良好的生活与饮食习惯;运用心理恢复手段和物理疗法方法消除心理疲劳;在体育锻炼中自我监督和自我评价.

Abstract:Exercise addiction and mental depletion fans in physical exercise is the psychological effects of easy to produce negative. Through the analysis of the effect of physical exercise and negative psychological causes and the harm of psychological health, and puts forward 5 countermeasures: scientific and reasonable exercise program, actively participate in various forms of community activities, develop a good life and eating habits, using psychological recovery means and physical therapy methods to eliminate mental fatigue, in sports exercise supervision and evaluation of self.
