| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,筛选出了有效反映我国优秀女子100m跑运动员专项成绩的主要因素指标,建立了身体训练水平和专项成绩的预测模型,并结合体育测量与评价、运动生理学、系统论和控制论以及专项特点,对影响女子100m成绩的身体训练水平与专项成绩的关系进行了多层次、多角度的分析.研究结果显示,评定我国女子优秀100m运动员的五项检查性指标是行进间30m、步长指数、步频指数、立定十级跳远、300m与专项运动成绩的关系最为密切;建立的回归方程可以用来预测我国女子优秀百米运动员的运动成绩,建立的我国女子优秀百米运动员身体训练综合发展水平、身体训练水平发展均衡程度、身体训练综合发展水平与专项运动成绩相适应程度的3种评定方法和评定标准为综合评定运动员身体训练水平提供了依据.
