| 摘 要： | "十一五"期间,竞技体育后备人才培养成效显著,业余训练工作取得新进展.2008年北京奥运会和2010年温哥华冬奥会中国代表团所获奖牌的运动员全部来自各级体校,绝大多数的现役运动员也均来自体校;但是,要想保持世界领先位置,不在后备人才的培养上下功夫,是很难得到持续发展的.随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入,就业形势严峻,学历层次要求高,对就业者的受教育程度越来越严格.体校传统的重训练而忽视文化学习的传统的训练模式已不能适应未来发展的需要,只有进行体教结合,才能使体校发展充满生机和活力,为竞技体育的可持续发展打下坚实的基础.本文就这一问题进行研究、分析和提出建议.
