| 摘 要： | 本研究试图了解综合医院医生心理健康状况与职业压力状况,特别是医患关系带来的职业压力所引起的心理问题.采用SCL-90和医患关系压力问卷(此问卷是在职业压力问卷的基础上添加一些条目形成的,前测结果良好)对114名医生进行调查,比较各因子分,并与医患关系良好程度作相关分析.结果发现,良好的医患关系有助于医生的心理健康,而不良的医患关系严重影响了医生的心理健康,从而大大削减了他们的工作效率.此外,性别和职称两个因素也对医生的心理健康状况有不同程度的影响.
