| 摘 要： | 体育教学的发展随着时代的发展也在不断的创新方法,近年来对于体育教学的方法创新和学生的主观学习能力也在不断的深化研究.在研究中发现,学生之所以不能很好地进行体育课程的学习,心理障碍是其中较大的一个问题.文章通过对体育教学过程中学生心理障碍的成因分析,提出了消除学生心理障碍的对策,以达到激发学生学习的主动性,提高教学质量,深化教学改革的目的.
