| 摘 要： | 由于地区投入产出表的编制需要投入大量人力、物力,基于已有统计数据进行的非调查编表方法一直受到学界和统计部门的重视.中国各省市大都将编制地区表作为一种制度,编表方法的研究具有重要意义.本文以中国1997年27个地区的40部门投入产出表为背景,实证了国外常用的传统非调查编表方法对于中国的不适用性,并基于中国的特点,提出了基于稳健回归的FES法.实证结果表明,该方法的编表准确度明显高于其它传统方法.
