摘    要:为优化复合材料机械变形成型工艺,利用自主设计制造的机械成型设备制备预成型制件,通过对制件外形尺寸及微观结构进行表征,研究了成型温度、成型速率及成型间距等工艺参数对机械变形成型质量的影响。结果表明:成型温度、成型速率及成型间距3个成型工艺参数对复合材料机械变形预制件的质量都有明显影响,且3个因素之间互相作用;采用本文的材料体系,在制备铺层方式为0°/45°/90°/-45°]4s的L-型制件条件下,较优的成型工艺参数为成型间距4.3~4.5 mm、成型温度45~60℃及成型速率3~5 mm/min;通过制件尺寸表征、纤维变形量测量、金相分析等方式可以有效表征机械变形成型制件的宏观及微观质量。

Abstract:In order to optimize the mechanical deformation forming process of composites material, the preformed parts were prepared by an in-house developed rig. To investigate the influence of process parameters such as forming temperature, forming rate and forming spacing on quality of preformed parts, the boundary dimension and microstructure were characterized. The results show that all the three process parameters of forming temperature, forming rate and forming spacing can obviously affect the quality of parts preformed by composites materials mechanical deformation forming process. What's more, there is interaction among the three process parameters. Using the composite material referred in the paper, forming spacing of 4.3 to 4.5 mm, forming temperature of 45 to 60 ℃ and forming rate of 3 to 5 mm/min are better process parameters for0°/45°/90°/-45°]4s L-type parts. By boundary dimension measuring, fiber deformation measurement, metallographic analysis, the macro and micro quality of parts preformed by mechanical deformation forming process can be effectively characterized.
